Mr. Radhe Shyam Khetan is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), at Keventer Projects Limited – the Real Estate Division of Keventer Group. A Commerce Graduate from Calcutta University, Mr. Khetan started his career as a Sales Manager in Madanlal Agencies Limited, the parent company of Keventer Group in the year 1985.

A dynamic personality, Mr. Khetan’s innovative skills in problem solving accompanied by a wide experience in formulation of real estate strategies, business development, quality of property developed and environment friendliness of business has made him one of the core members of the Keventer Projects team. A business leader and a team person that he is, Mr. Khetan believes in leading from the front and has effectively acted as a mentor to the Real Estate Team, guiding associates in achieving their targets.

B.P Singh Roy, COO – Sales & Marketing, has dedicated 30 years to the Realty Sector in Domestic & International Markets. He spear-headed the challenging assignments of Regional Head – East BHW-Birla Home Finance Ltd., he was Head Marketing & Business Development – East, DLF Ltd., and acted as Advisor to MD – Sales & Marketing – Siddha Group. He has held the position of Assistant Vice President – Sales & Marketing at Emami Realty Limited.

B.P Singh Roy is a Science Graduate from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata with a Master’s in Oceanography,a MBA from IISWBM and a MCA from Jadavpur University Kolkata. He is also a Certified Banking and Home Finance Professional from National School of Banking – Pune.

Amongst the many awards won by him are Marketer of the Year – 13th Realty Plus Conclave & Excellence Awards 2022, Marketer of the Year (Real Estate Sector) – West Bengal Real Estate Leadership Awards 2021, 100 Most Influential Marketing Leaders, World Marketing Congress 2018

He has also been affiliated as the Member of British Indian Association dedicated to preservation of History and Education and as President of Shramana Charitable Trust, dedicated to Healthcare & Rehabilitation of Homeless Elders.

Hemansu Pathak is the Head of Projects of the Company. He holds a Masters Degree in Construction management from NICMAR and is a Post graduate diploma holder in computer programming. He has over 35 years of experience in development of projects in Hotels, Residential and Commercial buildings. Prior to joining our Company, he has worked with Bengal NRI Complex, Lodha Group, Bombay Realty and other companies. Presently, he holds the position of COO – Projects, Keventer Group.

Sashank Shah is the Head of Corporate Finance, Strategy & Investor Relationships of the Company. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the T.A. Pai Management Institute. He has over 10 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and structured finance. Prior to joining, he has worked with Deloitte, HSBC and J.P. Morgan. He is currently – Director, Kolkata One Excelton (JV with Tata Housing – “88 EAST”).

Ram Krishna Agarwal is an Independent Director on the Board of our Company.

He is a qualified chartered accountant who secured first rank on all India basis final examinations of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He was a partner with S.R. Batliboi & Co. since 1978 and retired as a managing partner in June, 2013. He has also been a director of Ernst & Young India Private Limited. He has significant experience in fields of audit, taxation, company law, consultancy, among others.

Avinash Gupta is an Independent Director on the Board of our Company.

He holds a bachelor’s degree of technology in mechanical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Varanasi. He has experience in the fields of mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financing, private equity placement and advisory. He is currently the managing director of Dun & Bradstreet, India and has previously been the managing director of FalCap Limited. He is also the co-chairman of the ASSOCHAM MSME Development Council. He has also previously worked with Rabo Equity Advisors Private Limited and Deloitte India.

Shruti Swaika is an Independent Director on the Board of our Company.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and law from the Symbiosis International University. She has been associated with our Company for more than three years. She has practiced in various courts in India including the districts courts, Calcutta High Court, Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court. She has also been involved in a commercial and corporate advisory, real estate, banking, insolvency and bankruptcy, government infrastructure projects, corporate restructuring and private client practice.

She is also a member of the ICC National Expert Committee on Corporate and Legal Affairs. She is currently associated with Fox Mandal as a principal associate.

Parvana Mayank Jalan is a Non-Executive Director on the Board of our Company.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in arts from the University of Maine at Machias. She has completed foundation and advanced level courses in image consultancy from the Association of Image Consultants International, Singapore. She also completed advanced level course in image consultancy from the London Image Institute.

She has been a director on our Board for over eight years and has experience in the fields of human resource management, international trade and project management. She has previously worked with Optimum Image Institute.

Sumit Krishna Deb is a Non-Executive Director on the Board of our Company.

He holds a master’s degree of arts in economics from the Department of Economics, the University of Calcutta. He has been a director on our Board since January 30, 1996. He was a founder director of our erstwhile subsidiary MDL and was its managing director for 22 years. He has been involved in, inter alia, marketing, brand management, corporate planning and general management during the course of his career.

Dr. Sanjeev Chopra, a retired IAS, holds a PhD in Management, besides degrees in Law, History and Literature. He has written extensively on policy issues in governance and development interventions in rural development, agriculture, marketing reforms, co-operatives, and farmer organizations.

He has been invited to deliver lectures and talks at IIMs, ASCI, FRI, IGNFA and at symposia and conferences across the country. He has also written books/articles on emerging issues of the country. He has also delivered keynotes at International Cooperative Alliance conferences at Beijing, Abu Dhabi, and Ho Chi Minh City. Mr. Sanjeev Chopra has served as Mission Director under Government of India for National Horticulture Mission and the National Mission on Micro Irrigation from 2010 to 2015. He has also served as Managing Director in National Agricultural Cooperative Marketing Federation of India Ltd. and National Horticulture Board from 2010 to 2015.

He has served in various other government positions at prestigious levels across the country (both State and Central) since 2002 to 2021, as detailed in his profile. At present, he curates a Literature and Arts festival, ‘Valley of Words’ at Dehradun in November every year.
